Turtle Treasures Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to place your preorder with Turtle Treasures. Below are answers to the questions you may have.
What is a pre-order?
Preorders are products that we do not currently have in stock and will be released at a future date. If you purchase a preorder item, you will be charged at time of purchase.
When do I pay for my pre-order?
Pre-order items are charged at the time of your purchase.
Are there limited quantities on pre-orders?
To provide our fans and collectors the best chance at purchasing exclusive or non-exclusive items we reserve the right to limit quantities.
The quantity limits will be announced before the launch, as well as posted on each product listing on the website.
Products may be limited per order, per person or household, or to orders that use the same credit card, billing and/or shipping address, or share any other order attribute.
Orders found to exceed the limit placed on an item will be canceled after the order is placed. If an order is canceled, a pending charge may appear on your statement, which will reverse within 3-7 business days, however this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution
Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try and bypass our product limits in any other way will have all orders canceled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
When will my pre-order ship?
The delivery timeframe on preorders is listed on our website under each pre-order item. When a pre-order arrives in our fullfillment location, it takes precedence over all other orders, and ships out immediately.
We do our best to give a timeframe for delivery of your order, but sometimes things happen on the manufacturers side which can cause delays. All pre-order dates are subject to change.
Will preorders restock if they sell out?
If items are sold out during the preorder launch, we may or may not restock, depending on the availability from the manufacturer.
Can I order in-stock items with my pre-order?
If you purchase in-stock items along with pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. We will not split ship your order.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel your pre-order, but please note that all preorders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The 10% cancellation fee is calculated on the total including discounts/rewards, Loyalty Reward Points, shipping & taxes. Preorder cancellation fee's are waived on items that do not ship by the estimated ship date.
If you do not want to incur the cancellation fee, we can issue you a Turtle Treasures E-Gift Card for the full amount of the purchase. If your payment was made through Sezzle/Afterpay/Zip, we are not able to issue a Turtle Treasures E-Gift Card.
All Loyalty Rewards used will be refunded in the form of Treasure Points.
